– The court dismissed a B misdemeanor charge against Daniel Jason Brtek (of Winger, Minn.) of driving under revocation/suspension.

– Tina M. Trottier, of Bismarck, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended. She was ordered to pay $250 in fees.

Jordan Michael Olson, of Rolla, pleaded guilty to a B felony charge of possession of a controlled substance in a jail/correctional facility; C felony charges of reckless endangerment and theft of property; an A misdemeanor charges of fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer; and B misdemeanor charges of issuing checks/drafts without sufficient funds or credit (two counts) and refusing to halt.

On the fleeing, refusal to halt and driving while license is suspended charges he was sentenced to 25 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 25 days’ credit for time served.

On the two counts of issuing checks without sufficient funds or credit he was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and 25 days’ credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation. He was also ordered to pay $173.40 in fees on one charge and $156.25 on the other.

On the felony charges he was sentenced to five years’ confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, first serve two years, with 25 days’ credit for time served and three years supervised probation. He was ordered to pay $1,385 in fees, and to seek treatment while incarcerated at Tompkins Rehabilitation & Correction Center.

The court dismissed an A misdemeanor charge against Olson of criminal mischief.
