– Debbie Kaye Pretzer, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to two infraction level charges of issuing checks/drafts without sufficient funds or credit. On one charge she was ordered to pay $225 in fees, and on the other $50 in fees.
– Lyle Patrick Larocque, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor driving/in actual physical control of motor vehicle. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol/drugs without a physician’s permission nor enter an establishment licensed to serve alcohol until the evaluation is complete; to not drink to excess after the evaluation and recommended treatment are complete; and pay $750 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 30 days suspended and three days’ credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.
– James Allan Stadum, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment, and pay $250 in fees.
