– The court dismissed a moving violation-level charge of driving without liability insurance against Terry Lee LaVallie (Minot).

– Devon Gabriel Berg, of Rolette, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage, driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; have no contact with the victim; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol; and pay $1,750 in fees, however $1,500 of the fine would be suspended on the condition he complete a successful probation period. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center-first serve 15 days-with two days’ credit for time served and one year unsupervised probation.

– Shelley St. Claire, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor charges of tampering with physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance. A third A misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed by the court.

She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay $335 in fees. She was sentenced to 360 days’ confinement at HACTC with 360 days suspended and nine days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Tyrone Gregory Knudson, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to terrorizing-a Class C felony. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; have no contact with the victim; and pay $1,100 in fees. He was sentenced to two years’ confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation-first serve 45 days-with one day’s credit for time served and two years supervised probation.
