– Jennifer Ann Berg, of Rolette, pleaded guilty to driving/operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor or drugs-a Class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 20 hours of community service; not consume alcohol/drugs without a physician’s permission nor enter an establishment licensed to serve alcohol until the evaluation/treatment are complete; not drink to excess (BAC of .08 or greater) during probation; and pay $1,025 in fees. She was sentenced to 15 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center, first serve two days, with one day’s credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Cody Anthony Cromwell, of Esmond, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor simple assault-domestic violence. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete anger management; have no contact with the victim during the probationary period; to not drink to excess during probation; and pay $750 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and three days’ credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Conrad Syriel Trottier, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance-marijuana. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $250 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended; and 360 days unsupervised probation.
