Court Is Now in Session
– Jason Eugene Pack, of Woodward, Okla., pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 20 hours of community service; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; to not consume alcohol until completion of recommended treatment and after that not consume alcohol to excess during the remainder of probation; and pay $1,025 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 30 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
– Wade Anthony Renault, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charges of leaving the scene of an accident involving death/personal injury and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and on the paraphernalia charge he was also ordered to complete 25 hours of community service and pay $450 in fees.
He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
– Cody Lee Tofteland, of Willow City, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of unlawful use of license plate/tab. He was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service; pay $275 in fees; and show proof of vehicle registration within 10 days. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended, and 360 days probation.
