– The court dismissed a charge of driving without liability insurance against Michael John Thomas (Ross).

– Harold Richard Albaugh, of Center, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to pay $500 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 20 days suspended and 10 days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Joshua Hank Williamson, of Balfour, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor possession of tobacco in a correctional facility. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with three days’ credit for time served.
