JDA holds special meeting
The Rugby Job Development Authority held a special meeting on Monday, July 16. The board met to go over the consideration of the pizza oven bids among board expectations and the announcement of their next regularly scheduled meeting.
The bid for the pizza ovens was a quick ordeal as one bid was made by Roughrider Pizza. The key reason for accepting the bid was the promising outlook of Roughrider Pizza providing more jobs for the area.
The board also briefly discussed recent troubles that the JDA has faced along with any ideas for collaboration or moving, though the main discussion was postponed for their regular meeting.
