– Vincent J. Belgarde, of Rolette, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to pay $475 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 20 days suspended and 10 days’ credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Austin James Bercier, of Minot, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor possession/consumption of alcohol by a person under 21. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment, and pay $450 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 25 days suspended and five days’ credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Jason Allen Demery, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment, and pay $250 in fees. He was placed on 360 days unsupervised probation.

– A charge of driving while license privilege is suspended against Kenneth Eugene Graham (Minot Air Force Base) was dismissed.

– Giovonni Lennon Jeanotte, of Rolla, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor unlawful delivery to certain persons. He was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, and pay $425 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and eight days’ credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Zebulin Michael Ziesemer, of Williston, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor charges of driving while license privilege is suspended and false reports to law enforcement or other security officials. He was ordered to pay $325 in fees. He was sentenced to 360 days’ confinement at HACTC, first serve 30 days, with eight days’ credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Kirk Monte Wilkie, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor theft of property. He was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, and pay $1,792 in fees-however a $1,500 fine would be suspended on the condition that he complete a successful probation. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended; and 360 days unsupervised probation.
