– A B misdemeanor charge of hunting on posted land against Craig W. Austin, of Brighton, Ill., was dismissed. Austin was ordered to make a contribution of $100 to the state Report All Poachers program.

– A B misdemeanor charge of hunting on posted land against Randy P. Ebbeler, of Brighton, Ill., was dismissed. Ebbeler was ordered to make a contribution of $100 to the state Report All Poachers program.

– A B misdemeanor charge of hunting on posted land against Duane M. Martin, of Godrey, Ill., was dismissed. Martin was ordered to make a contribution of $100 to the state Report All Poachers program.

– A charge against Alexander Wade Nelson, of Tioga, of driving without liability insurance was dismissed.

– Preston Nicholas Schneider, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to possession/consumption of alcohol by a person under 21 a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service; and pay $275 in fees. He was put on nine months unsupervised probation. A second charge against Schneider of driving without liability insurance was dismissed.
