– Andrew Dwight Johnson, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to simple assault-domestic violence a Class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; to not possess firearms, dangerous weapons or destructive devices; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay $360 in fees. He was sentenced to six months’ confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation with 164 days and 16 days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– April L. Houle, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to ingesting a controlled substance a Class A misdemeanor. She was ordered to complete 50 hours of community service; comply with evaluation and treatment conditions set by her probation officer in a previous case; to not associate with known felons or drug users; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay community service fees. She was sentenced to 360 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 360 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

A C felony charge against Houle of possession of a controlled substance-meth was dismissed.

– Amanda Marie Nelson, of Harvey, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct a Class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $250 in fees. She was given credit for two days’ jail time previously served.
