– Katherine Louise Baldwin, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving/operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor or drugs-a Class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 20 hours of community service in lieu of jail; to not use alcohol excessively during probation; and pay $1,775 in fees-$750 of which would be suspended on the condition she completed a successful probation. She was sentenced to 28 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 28 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Joshua Hank Williamson, of Dongola, Ill., pleaded guilty to ingesting a controlled substance and failure to appear as a witness/produce information-both Class A misdemeanors. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $325 in fees. He was sentenced to 360 days’ confinement at HACTC, first serve 30 days, and two years unsupervised probation.

– Patrick James LaVallie, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor-a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; not to use alcohol to excess during probation; and pay $750 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at HACTC with 10 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– A B misdemeanor charge against Charles Kenneth Dani Beasor (Red Lake Falls, Minn.) of driving while license privilege is suspended was dismissed.
