Colton Brice Littlewind, of New Town, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended and driving or in actual physical control of a vehicle both Class B misdemeanors. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; not enter a business licensed to serve alcohol until the probation period is terminated; and pay $750 in fees. He was sentenced to four days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center (30 days’ confinement with 26 days suspended) and four days’ credit time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Alex Ronald Senger, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to gratis hunter (hunting off land described on license) a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees. He was placed on 360 days unsupervised probation.

Darrell Andrew Dietz, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle a Class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol/drugs nor enter an establishment licensed to serve alcohol until the evaluation and recommended treatment are complete; not drink alcohol excessively during the probationary period; to have no contact with or be within one mile of the victim’s residence during the probationary period; and pay $2,000 in fees. He was sentenced to 90 days confinement at HACTC with 90 days suspended; and 18 months supervised probation.

Daniel Nathan Corum, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving/operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor or drugs a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 20 hours of community service; and pay $1,025 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended; and 360 days unsupervised probation. A second Class B misdemeanor charge against Corum of fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer was dismissed.

Richard James Duchscherer, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to endangering by fire or explosion a Class C felony. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol/drugs nor enter a business licensed to serve alcohol until the evaluation and recommended treatment are complete; to not drink alcohol excessively during the probationary period; and pay $575 in fees. He had 10 days’ credit for time previously served; and was placed on 18 months supervised probation.

Tad Bryan Schmidt Jr., of Devils Lake, pleaded guilty to driving/operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor or drugs a Class B misdemeanor; and to fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer a Class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 80 hours of community service; and pay $750 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and two days’ credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.
