Court is now in session
– Amber Lynn Lien, of Harvey, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors a Class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $750. She was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 30 days suspended and one day’s credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation. A second misdemeanor charge against her of refusal to submit to a chemical test was dismissed.
– Rollissa Marie Morin, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended a Class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to pay $250 in fees.
– Aaron Lee Young Bird, of Minot, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 26 days suspended and four days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
