– Mackenzie Gene Charles Swenning, of Rolette, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana)-both Class B misdemeanors. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 40 hours of community service; and pay $1,275 in fees-however, $700 of a $1,000 state fine would be suspended on the condition he completed a successful probationary period. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 30 days suspended and one day’s credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Dustin Lee Brien, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to driving while license is suspended-a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $450 in fees.

– Keith Allan Enno, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and five days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Shannon Lynn Bond, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to child neglect-a Class C felony. She was placed on 18 months supervised probation and was ordered to pay $525 in fees.

– Debbie Denise Knain, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors-a Class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $750 in fees. She was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at HACTC with 10 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– A Class A misdemeanor charge of ingesting a controlled substance against Lillian Marie Lilly (Ruby) was dismissed.
