A Maddock man was injured and put on criminal charges last week following a rollover crash nearly six miles south of Maddock.

Brad Paulson, 43, was charged with driving under the influence after his 2009 BMW sedan rolled over.

According to the N.D. Highway Patrol, Paulson was northbound on N.D. Highway 30 when he failed to negotiate a curve. His BMW then left the road and overturned.

Paulson was transported to St. Aloisius Medical Center in Harvey, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The N.D. Highway Patrol is still investigating the crash.
