Sandon Stanley Erickson, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol a Class C felony. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment, and pay $3,075 in fees. He sentenced to 18 months’ confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, first serve 366 days, with 127 days’ credit for time served; and two years supervised probation. Another Class C felony charge of DUI with alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater against Erickson was dismissed.

John Theodore Nadeau, of Cando, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; be subject to random alcohol/controlled substance testing by law enforcement; pay $1,000 in fees; and not purchase, possess or consume alcohol nor enter a licensed establishment serving alcohol until probation is terminated. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center, first serve two days, with one day’s credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Rodnie Roberts Duchaine, Jr., of New Town, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol nor enter a licensed establishment serving alcohol until probation is terminated; and pay $1,750 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 13 days’ credit for time served and 17 days suspended; and two years unsupervised probation. Duchaine also pleaded guilty to driving while license is under revocation and possession of marijuana both Class B misdemeanors; and possession of drug paraphernalia a Class A misdemeanor.
