Kyla Nicole Hornstein, of Grand Forks, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors a Class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $750 in fees. She was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 10 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Austin John Klein, of Martin, pleaded guilty to possession/consumption of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service and pay $275 in fees.

Isaiah Jordon Merrill, of Harvey, pleaded guilty to possession/consumption of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age. He was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service and pay $275 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at HACTC with 10 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Rollissa Marie Morin, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief a Class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; have no contact with the victim and not be within seven miles of the victim’s residence; and pay $771.45. She was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation. Other charges against Morin were dismissed, which were unauthorized use of a vehicle a Class A misdemeanor and simple assault-domestic violence a Class B misdemeanor.

Jacob Roy Reimche, of Harvey, pleaded guilty to possession/consumption of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age. He was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service and pay $275 in fees.

Robin Lee Roussin, of New Town, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment, and pay $1,000 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC first serve two days with two days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Meranda Kaye Schmaltz, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to possession/consumption of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age. She was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service and pay $275 in fees.

Wyatt Witley James Azure, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to simple assault-domestic violence. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment, and pay $250 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and 14 days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Lori L. Leonhardt, of Young, Ariz., pleaded guilty to giving false information or report to law enforcement with intent to falsely implicate another a Class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 14 days’ confinement at HACTC with 14 days’ credit for time served.

Eilene Faye Lilley, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct a Class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; have no contact with the victim; not possess, purchase or consume alcohol or enter a licensed establishment until probation is terminated; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay $550 in fees. She was placed on 360 days unsupervised probation.

Leann Lynn Ostlie, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; have no contact with the victim; not possess, purchase or consume alcohol or enter a licensed establishment until probation is terminated; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay $250 in fees. She was put on 360 days unsupervised probation.

Larry John Demery, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees.
