Feather Ann Belgarde, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to reckless driving a Class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol/controlled substances or enter an establishment licensed to serve alcohol until the evaluation and recommended treatment, if any, is completed; and pay $1,050 in fees. She was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with eight days suspended and two days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Marsha Counts, of Saint John, pleaded guilty to driving while license is revoked a Class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to pay $250 in fees. She was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 25 days suspended and five days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Joseph Lamarr Minnifield, of Minot, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $750 in fines and fees after a $500 bond was applied.

Blair Allan Radomski, of Mandan, pleaded guilty to simple assault-domestic violence a Class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol/controlled substances or enter an establishment licensed to serve alcohol while under probation; participate in the 24/7 Sobriety program; have no contact or be within 100 yards of the victim; and pay $325 in fees. He was sentenced to 90 days’ confinement at HACTC with 90 days suspended and two days’ credit for time served, and 18 months unsupervised probation.

Corey Wooldridge, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 10 hours of community service; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol/controlled substances or enter an establishment licensed to serve alcohol until the evaluation and recommended treatment, if any, is completed; and pay $775 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at HACTC with six days suspended and four days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
