Raynold Alexsander Houle, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors and driving while license privilege is suspended both Class B misdemeanors. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol/drugs nor enter a licensed establishment until completion of evaluation and treatment; and pay $1,015 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 19 days suspended and 11 days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
Jason Edward Vetsch, of Devils Lake, pleaded guilty of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 25 hours of community service; and pay $275 in fees. He was sentenced to one year’s confinement at HACTC with 254 days suspended and 11 days’ credit for time served, and one year unsupervised probation
