Derik Joe Marquart, of Jamestown, pleaded guilty to hunting or harassing game from a motor vehicle a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $350 in fees.

Jeremiah Waldner, of Grand Forks, pleaded guilty to issuing a check/draft without sufficient funds or credit a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $113.88 in fees.

Nicholas Fabian Belgarde, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to failure to appear after release/bail jumping a Class C felony. He was ordered to pay $1,100 in fees. He was sentenced to four years’ confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, first serve two years, with 58 days’ credit for time served; and two years supervised probation.
