Levi Scott Pfeifer, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 25 hours of community service; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol or enter a licensed establishment without a physician’s permission until the evaluation and recommended treatment are complete; to not drink in excess after the evaluation and treatment are complete; and pay $775 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 10 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Tracy Lee Reimche, of Lakota, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at HACTC with 10 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Jace Evan Amyotte, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; complete 20 hours of community service; and pay $275 in fees. He was put on 360 days unsupervised probation.

Tony Joseph Koble, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 20 hours of community service in lieu of jail; pay $1,025 in fees; participate in the 24/7 Sobriety Program; and to not purchase, possess or consume alcohol or enter a licensed establishment while under probation. He was sentenced to 18 months unsupervised probation.

Darrin Ambert Harper, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to DUI of alcohol or with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; pay $1,000 in fees; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol or enter a licensed establishment. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC, first serve two days, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Darin Michael Korb, of Max, pleaded guilty to simple assault-domestic violence a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete anger management; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol or enter a licensed establishment until probation is terminated; and pay $550 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 27 days suspended and three days credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Julie Ann Martinson, of Thief River Falls, Minn., pleaded guilty to reckless driving a Class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $750 in fees. She was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at HACTC with 10 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Chad Allen Preheim, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim; complete 25 hours of community service; and pay $575 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days confinement at HACTC with 25 days suspended and five days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation. Other charges against Preheim a Class A misdemeanor charge of preventing arrest/discharge of other duties and a Class C felony charge of terrorizing were dismissed.

Troy Alan Boser’s (Dunseith) charge of driving while license privilege is suspended was dismissed.
