Matthew Poitra, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees, and was placed on 360 days unsupervised probation.

Linus Elvis Lafromboise, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, driving a vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs and driving while license privilege is suspended all Class B misdemeanors. He was ordered to pay $500 on one charge (driving under the influence), and $250 on the paraphernalia charge; and complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment. He was put on 360 days unsupervised probation. A charge of open receptacle was dismissed.

Melissa Diane Langston’s (Rugby) Class B misdemeanor charge of simple assault/domestic violence was dismissed.
