Commission declares disaster in county

By Staff | Dec 23, 2016

At a special meeting Tuesday morning, the Pierce County Board of County Commissioners voted to approve a disaster declaration for the county.

Snowfall and winds earlier this month created ridges near roads in some areas of the county, causing county emergency management to find roads to be in unacceptable condition.
