Jesse Allan Faine, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to hunting off an established road or trail-a class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $350 in fees.

Zachary James Baillie, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-a class C felony; possession of drug paraphernalia-a class A misdemeanor; possession of marijuana (less than an ounce) and possession of drug paraphernalia-both class B misdemeanors. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; be subject to controlled substances tests once a month while on probation and to random testing by law enforcement; and pay $550 in fees. He was sentenced to 60 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 60 days suspended; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

Jacob Otto Solberg, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to five counts of gross sexual imposition-a class A felony. He was ordered to pay $1,750 in fees; and to have no contact with the victim or victim’s family. He was sentenced to 10 years’ confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, first serve two years and six months with eight days’ credit for time served; and five years supervised probation.

Eric John Wiedmeier’s (Selz) charge of burglary-a class C felony-was dismissed.

Nicholas Lynn Steinbuehler, of Grand Forks, pleaded guilty to license to hunt, trap or fish required of residents-a class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $325 in fees.
