Nicholas Martin Anderson, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana both class B misdemeanors. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 30 hours of community service; pay $275 in fees and be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement. He was put on one year unsupervised probation.

Allen Joseph Peltier, of Bismarck, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and ingesting a controlled substance both class A misdemeanors. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; pay $325 in fees and be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement. He was sentenced to 60 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 60 days suspended and six days’ credit for time served, and 18 months unsupervised probation.

Leona Lynn Peltier, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and ingesting a controlled substance. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; pay $325 in fees and be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement. She was sentenced to 60 days’ confinement at HACTC with 60 days suspended and six days’ credit for time served, and 18 months unsupervised probation.

Brayzen Chance Wilkie, of Mandan, pleaded guilty to ingesting a controlled substance a class A misdemeanor and driving while license is suspended a class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; pay $350 in fees and be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and six days’ credit for time served; and 18 months unsupervised probation.
