Brianna Jordahn Mayer, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended-a class B misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 20 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center, first serve 20 days, with 14 days’ credit for time served.

Brendan Lane Weltin, of Cando, pleaded guilty to issuing a check/draft without sufficient funds or credit. He paid $130 in fees, which included a $100 fine, $10 in NSF and county costs and $20 in restitution.

Antoine Lee Williams, of Bismarck, pleaded guilty to violating a disorderly conduct restraining order-a class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service, and pay $350 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
