Brooks Lawrence Jones, of Rolla, pleaded guilty to failure to appear as a witness/produce information, a class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; to not possess/purchase/consume alcohol or controlled substances or enter an establishment licensed to serve alcohol until completion of evaluation and treatment; to be subject to random drug and alcohol testing by law enforcement and pay $325 in fees. A class B misdemeanor charge of driving while license/privilege is suspended or revoked was dismissed. He was sentenced to 360 days unsupervised probation; and 90 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 90 days suspended and two days credit for time served.
Wayne Clifford Olson, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle, a class A misdemeanor; and reckless driving, a class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; participate in the 24/7 Sobriety Program; and pay $1,175.45 in fees on the A misdemeanor charge and a $1,500 fine on the B misdemeanor charge. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended, and two years unsupervised probation.
