Taylor Jamieson Morseth, of Fargo, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended, a class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $400 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 30 days suspended and four days’ credit for time served, and two years unsupervised probation.

Jason Lee Roerick’s (Rugby) charges of ingesting a controlled substance-a class A misdemeanor-and terrorizing-a class C felony-were both dismissed.

Mason Vale Headlee, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and interference with telephone during emergency call, a class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; to complete anger management; pay $325 in fees; to not purchase, possess or consume alcohol/controlled substance without physician’s permission or enter a licensed establishment until treatment is complete; be subject to random drug testing by law enforcement; and to have no contact with the victim, BreeAnna Larson. He was sentenced to 90 days’ confinement at HACTC, first serve 10 days, with the option of completing 72 hours of community service in lieu of jail, and two years unsupervised probation.

Hunter Douglas Thorp, of Willow City, amended his plea on a June 21, 2015 charge of fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer to not guilty. The charge was dismissed.
