Michael Paul Hoffart’s (Harvey) charge of ingesting a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, was dismissed.
Nathan Dean Tuenge, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to have no contact or be within 500 feet of the victim; complete 20 hours of community service and pay $275 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 30 days suspended and three days’ credit for time served, and 360 days probation.
Dakota Richard Nelson, of Bottineau, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-schedule II, a class C felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; and driving while license privilege is suspended, a class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service, complete recommended treatment and pay $550 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and four days’ credit for time served; one year’s confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation with one year suspended; and two years supervised probation.
