Quentin Jay Nadeau, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended, a class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center, first serve 4 days, and 2 days’ credit for time served, and one year unsupervised probation.

Beverly A. Derby, of Sioux Falls, S.D., pleaded guilty to issuing a check/draft without sufficient funds or credit. She was ordered to pay $118 in fees.

Alex James Thomas, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to theft of property, a class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $786.45 in restitution and have no contact with the victim for 2 years. He was sentenced to 1 year’s confinement at HACTC, first serve 30 days, and 1 day’s credit for time served, and 2 years unsupervised probation.

John A. Libke’s (Velva) charge of driving without liability insurance was dismissed.

Carl James Laforge, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at HACTC with 10 days suspended, and one year unsupervised probation.

Crystal Velvet Grove, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Grove previously pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, a class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to show proof of enrollment in inpatient treatment. He had been sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and two days’ credit for time served, and 1 year, 10 months, 27 days of unsupervised probation.
