Dean Allan Brekke, of Velva, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and ingesting a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, and pay $325 in fees. He was sentenced to 90 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 80 days suspended and 10 days’ credit for time served, and two years unsupervised probation.

Andrew Joseph Jamnick, of Chisholm, Minn., pleaded guilty to possession/consumption of alcohol by a person under 21, a class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $275 in fees and complete 25 hours of community service.

Kaelin Gene Schneider, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to using alcoholic beverages/entering licensed premises while under 21 years of age, a class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $275 in fees and complete 25 hours of community service.

Vernon C. St. Claire, Jr. III, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to ingesting a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 60 days’ confinement at HACTC, first serve 60 days and 15 days’ credit for time served.

Sheldon Lee Thompson, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to using alcoholic beverages/entering licensed premises while under 21 years of age. He was ordered to pay $550 in fees and complete a chemical dependency evaluation. He was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, and 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended.

Wayne D. Thompson, of Rolette, pleaded guilty to failure to transfer title, a class B misdemeanor.He was ordered to pay $250 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at HACTC with 10 days suspended and 1 day’s credit for time served, and 6 months unsupervised probation.

Clayton P. Dubois, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, and pay $325 in fees. He was sentenced to 18 months unsupervised probation.

Renae Vetsch, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving/in actual physical control of motor vehicle while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, to not drink until proof of evaluation and treatment are filed with the Court and to not drink in excess of .08 BAC until probation is complete, and pay $750 in fees. She was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended, and 18 months unsupervised probation.
