Rugby Man Injured in Single Vehicle Accident

A Rugby man was injured in a single vehicle rollover last weekend.

According to a press release from the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department, county officers received a report on Saturday, March 26, at 4:19 a.m. of a motor vehicle accident near the 2500 block of 66th St. NE, about 5 miles west of Rugby.

Officers arrived on scene and discovered one injured person laying in a field near a damaged vehicle.

The driver, Bennie Mygland, 18, Rugby, was immediately transported from the scene of the accident to Trinity Hospital in Minot.

The case is under investigation by the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department.
