Mark James Bercier, of Bottineau, pleaded guilty to ingesting a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 30 days suspended, and 364 days’ unsupervised probation.

Austin James Espe, of Bottineau, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license privilege is suspended, both class B misdemeanors. He was ordered to serve 30 hours of community service and pay $275 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC, first serve four days, and one year unsupervised probation.

Dylan James Morin, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to theft of property; two counts of burglary; and five counts of breaking into a vehicle, all class C felonies. He was ordered to pay $1,550 in fees. He was sentenced to five years’ confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, first serve two years, with 189 days’ credit for time served, and three years’ supervised probation.
