Colin James Vivier, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, all class B misdemeanors. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees and was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 15 days suspended and 15 days’ credit for time served. Vivier also pleaded guilty to failure to appear as a witness or to produce information, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC, first serve 10 days.

Nicholas Tullis’s (Minot) charge of driving while license privilege is suspended was dismissed.

Jason Robert Harmel, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault-domestic violence, a class C felony. He was ordered to pay $525 in fees and complete an anger management program with North Central Human Services. He was sentenced to 2 years supervised probation and one year’s confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation with 364 days suspended and one day’s credit for time served.

Tanya Sanders, of Trenton, Texas, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended. She was ordered to pay $500 in fees and was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and 344 days’ unsupervised probation.
