Farhen Denae Fox, of New Town, pleaded not guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended, a class B misdemeanor. That charge was dismissed.

Colten Lynn Burkett, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, a class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to two years’ unsupervised probation.

Adam Robert Danskin, of Souris, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended and failure to transfer title, both class B misdemeanors. He was ordered to pay $350 in fees and was sentenced to two years’ unsupervised probation and 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 29 days suspended and one day credit for time served.

James Franklin Davis pleaded not guilty to child neglect or abuse, a class C felony; and simple assault-domestic violence, a class B misdemeanor. Both charges were dismissed.

Tina Louise Nitachke, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, a class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to pay $1,000 in fees, complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment and was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC – first serve two days – and one year unsupervised probation.
