Licia Marie Azure, of Grand Forks, pleaded guilty to tampering with physical evidence, a class A misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to pay $325 in fees and was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and one year confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation with 338 days suspended and 27 days’ credit for time served. Azure pleaded not guilty to theft of property, a class C felony. That charge was dismissed.

Kirk Monte Wilkie, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended and displaying fictitious plates, both class B misdemeanors. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees and was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 23 days suspended and seven days’ credit for time served.

Paul John Dobson, of Minot, pleaded not guilty to maintaining a dwelling for use of controlled substances, a class C felony. That charge was dismissed.

Clarinda L. Foss, of Fargo, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-schedule 1, possession of drug paraphernalia and in actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, all class B misdemeanors. She was ordered to pay $750 in fees and was sentenced to two years unsupervised probation and 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 13 days suspended and 17 days’ credit for time served.

Jacob Gerald Schmitt, of Towner, pleaded not guilty to driving a vehicle other than permitted by class license. That charge was dismissed.

Derek Jerome Heffta, of Granville, pleaded guilty to ingesting a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to nine months unsupervised probation.

Chandler Matthew Lemar, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors. He was ordered to pay $1,025 in fees and was sentenced to 18 months unsupervised probation, 25 hours of community service and 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended. Lemar pleaded not guilty to refusing to submit to a chemical test, a class B misdemeanor.

Disposition was amended for Ross Dale Olson, of Rugby, who pleaded guilty to theft of property. He was sentenced to three years supervised probation. Olson has $588.64 remaining in restitution.

John Schuna, of Stillwater, Minn., pleaded guilty to hunting on posted land, a class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $350 in fees and lost hunting privileges for one year.

Douglas Wyman, of Bloomington, Minn., pleaded guilty to hunting on posted land. He was ordered to pay $350 in fees and lost hunting privileges for one year.
