Court Is Now In Session

Alfred H. Freitag, of Hugo, Minn., pleaded guilty to hunting on posted land, a class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $350 in fees and his hunting privileges were revoked for one year.

Marcia Monique Cepak, of Minot, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended, a class B misdemeanor. She was ordered to pay $350 in fees and was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and 10 days’ confinement with the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 10 days suspended.

Farhen Denae Fox, of New Town, pleaded not guilty to driving without liability insurance. That charge was dismissed.

Adam Robert Danskin, of Souris, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended or revoked. He was ordered to pay $350 in fees and was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and 10 days’ confinement at HACTC with 10 days suspended.

Jonathen Otto Hoeppner, of Harvey, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors, a class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $1,010 in fees and was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and 10 days’ confinement at HACTC.

Jonathan Lee Parisien, of Belcourt, was sentenced to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), both class B misdemeanors; and ingesting a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $350 in fees and was sentenced to 18 months’ unsupervised probation and 40 hours of community service.
