Jeffrey Allen Pedie pleaded guilty to exceeding the daily limit of walleye, a class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to $750 in fees, one year unsupervised probation and 10 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 10 days suspended.

Jennifer Brooke Thunderhawk, of New Town, pleaded guilty to false reporting to law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to $350 in fees, 20 hours of community service, one year unsupervised probation and 10 days’ confinement at HACTC with five days suspended and five days’ credit for time served.

Blake Travis Nelson, of Tioga, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, a class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, $775 in fees, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment and 25 hours of community service.

Nicole Lee Haggerty, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to forgery/counterfeiting, a class C felony; theft of property, a class A misdemeanor; and theft of property, a class B misdemeanor. On the felony charge she was sentenced to $1,447 in fees, 366 days’ confinement with the Department of Corrections, first serve 45 days, with one day credit for time served; three years supervised probation. For the theft of property charges she was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with one day credit for time served.

Theodore Spiro Munyer II, of Rugby, pleaded not guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended, a class B misdemeanor. That charge was dismissed. Munyer had previously pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia – both class A misdemeanors – and had been sentenced to $385 in fees, 18 months unsupervised probation and one year confinement with the DOCR with 289 days suspended and 76 days’ credit for time served. He also previously pleaded not guilty to a dismissed class C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance – schedule 2.

OCTOBER

Zachery Joe Chidester, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving or in actual physical control of a motor vehicle, a class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to placement in the 24/7 Sobriety Program until August 2016, community service until Dec. 31, 2015, $1,775 in fees, two years unsupervised probation and 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 20 days suspended and two days’ credit for time served.

Taylor Paige Everson, of Rugby, pleaded not guilty to driving without liability insurance. The charge was dismissed.

Curtis Allen Nickelson, of Tolna, pleaded not guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended, a class B misdemeanor. The charge was dismissed.

Joshua Oliver Owens, of Leeds, pleaded guilty to issuing a check or draft without sufficient funds or credit. He was ordered to pay $132.12 in fees.

Alex Christian Baker, of New Town, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), both class B misdemeanors. He was sentenced to 40 hours community service, $350 in fees, 18 months unsupervised probation and 364 days’ confinement at HACTC with 362 days suspended and two days’ credit for time served. Baker also pleaded not guilty to fictitious plates displayed on vehicle, a class B misdemeanor. That charge was dismissed.

Shaun S. Cassidy, of Fargo, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to complete anger management/domestic violence offender treatment courses as referenced in chapter 12.1-17-13 of the N.D. Century Code, $350 in fees, no contact with the victim, one year unsupervised probation and 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended.

Krystal Denise Herrera Rincon, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to driving while license/privilege is suspended or revoked, a class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to $425 in fees, 20 hours of community service, 90 days confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 90 days suspended and 360 days probation.

Jolene Fay Ratts, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to child neglect or abuse, a class C felony, and ingesting a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation on the felony charge, and one year unsupervised probation on the misdemeanor charge.

Eric Lain Axtman, of Bismarck, pleaded guilty to issuing a check or draft without sufficient funds or credit and paid $166.22 in restitution/fees.

Joni Lynn Tillich, of Belcourt, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, a class B misdemeanor. The charge was dismissed.

Morningstar Two Hearts appeared via IVN on an order to show cause hearing. Two Hearts previously pleaded guilty to hindering law enforcement, disobedience of a judicial order, ingesting a controlled substance (all class A misdemeanors), DUI of alcohol with BAC of .08 percent or greater, a class B misdemeanor.

Kara Anne Deaton made an initial appearance via IVN on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a class A misdemeanor.

Colten Lynn Burkett, of Rugby, made a third appearance of charges of burglary, a class C felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class B misdemeanor.
