A Ramsey, Minn., man was arrested Wednesday afternoon on drug charges near Rugby.
Donald L. Hadler has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a class C felony.
Hadler was stopped near Highway 3 and 12th St W. A search of his vehicle found a glass device that had been used to smoke methamphetamine.
A Rugby man was arrested on felony charges last week after a traffic stop.
Theodore S. Munyer, Jr., 46, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, schedule II, and possession of drug paraphernalia, both class C felonies, possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana), a class A misdemeanor, and driving with a suspended license, a class B misdemeanor.
Munyer was stopped near South Main Avenue and Dewey Street. A search of Munyer’s vehicle found a glass smoking device and a small baggie, both field-testing positive for methamphetamine.
An initial appearance for Munyer has been set for Tuesday, June 30, at 10 a.m. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
