Ruhlands help form new NDSU scholarship

A new scholarship is available for current NDSU students.

Craig & Jessica (Anderson) Ruhland have started the Craig & Dr. Jessica Ruhland Family Scholarship in cooperation with the NDSU Development Foundation. The dollar amount will vary each year, with the annual award expected to be from $500 to $800.

Students applying for the scholarship must be undergraduate or graduate students, must have a GPA of 3.0 or better, must be a full-time student, and must be a graduate of St. Mary’s Central High School in Bismarck, Eden Valley Watkins in Minnesota (Craig’s alma mater) or Rugby High School.

Students must apply by April 1, 2015 in order for the scholarship to be awarded for the fall 2015 semester.

Jessica Ruhland is a 1996 graduate of Rugby High School, a 2000 graduate of NDSU, a 2005 graduate of the UND School of Medicine, and a 2010 graduate of the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education.
