DeMers

Karson Arthur DeMers, a 2014 graduate of RHS, recently received a Bismarck College Foundation Scholarship, called the Otter Tail Power Company Scholarship, for $2000.00. He is currently enrolled at Bismarck State College and studying Power Plant Maintenance Technology.

He is the son of Gary and Lori DeMers of Rugby.
