Forty-four boys and 44 girls raced in the Rugby Booster Club’s Elementary Cross Country Meet on Oct. 3 at Rugby Golf Course.

Second-grader Rylan Tofte beat a majority of older competitors with a winning time of 7 minutes, 38 seconds.

Fourth-grader Mykell Heidlebaugh was the top female runner at 8:24, and took fourth overall.
