Tim Chapman/PCT Firefighter David Jaeger, center, assists in the Rugby Fire Department and Auxiliary’s second annual bike and backpack giveaway Wednesday. Eighty bicycles and 120 backpacks were available for underprivileged children. The items were donated by Bob Gross of Minot and Bill and Brenda Houim, owners of Magic City Harley Davidson. All three are originally from the Rugby area.
