BISMARCK – The Rugby FFA Officer Team and their two advisers, Rick Vannett and Kasey Okke, recently held their annual FFA Office Retreat.

The annual retreat is held for the purposes of team building, preparing for the upcoming year, and of course having some fun!

This year it was decided that the officer retreat was to be held in Bismarck, at the Windgate Hotel, with tours on the way to, and from the retreat. The Garrison Dam Fish Hatchery in Riverdale, and Blue Flint Ethanol near Underwood, highlighted the tours.

While in Bismarck, the officers wrote thank you letters to all of the FFA sponsors for the state of North Dakota, worked on the program of activities for the 2014-2015 school year, and did a number of parliamentary procedure demonstration practices.

The Rugby FFA Chapter and the Officer Team would like to extend a huge thank-you to Jessica (Anderson) Ruhland (a former Rugby FFA Reporter and Secretary, as well as a former State FFA President) for supporting the Chapter by funding this Officer Retreat.
