Terry Osse, 48, is Rugby’s new postmaster.

Osse assumed the postmaster position earlier this week. For 18 years, he has served the U.S. postal service in various capacities. He is replacing Julie Dionne, who assumed the postmaster position in October 2012.

As postmaster, Osse has a variety of tasks. In addition to assisting in sorting mail and packages, he also manages mail carriers and their times, takes care of finances and other paperwork, and assists at the service window.

Osse said he’s been enjoying the Rugby community so far.

“Rugby’s a nice town, lot of nice people out here,” Osse said.
