One big extravaganza
The Annual Spring Expo is being held as one big extravaganza day on Saturday, March 31 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Rugby Armory
“I am excited,” said Shelley Black, executive director, Rugby Chamber and Convention and Visitors Bureau. “This is a chance for all of our businesses to showcase what they have, in one place.”
“This town is generous. The businesses provided many door prizes for this event,” she added.
The first 15 people who come through the west door will receive special gift packages. Be one of the first people there. If that’s not possible, do not worry-door prize winners will be drawn every 15 minutes.
A fiesta of exhibitors from Rugby businesses will be showcasing merchandise, along with other vendors with some unique items from out of the area. Food will be available. The grocery store will be demonstrating their cake decorating and providing samples.
There is something for everyone at the Spring Expo. This is not a ladies’ only event. Men, women, and children will all find things to see and do. So bring the family and enjoy a day in Rugby.
“You name it, and it will be shown here,” said Black.
One business may even bring a boat dock. Expect to see everything from hot tubs to clothing, gift items to farm items, and the list goes on and on.
This used to be a two-day celebration. Now it is bigger and better and lasts only one day. So don’t miss out.
