N.D. Highway 3 work in Rugby begins July 6
Road work along N.D. Highway 3 through Rugby will begin on Monday, July 6, reducing traffic to one lane between 4th St. S.W. and First Street North, including the underpass.
Traffic signals will be installed for traffic control, and speeds will be reduced through the construction zone.
Work will include replacing cracked concrete panels as well as an overlay. It’s part of larger road project that spans 23 miles from Rugby north to the junction of N.D. Highway 66. The work in the city is expected to take about three weeks, with the entire project to be finished by mid-August, according to the Department of Transportation.
