U.S. Sen. Byron Dorgan (D-ND) will hold a public forum in Rugby on Tuesday, April 7, beginning at 2 p.m. at the Otter Tail Power Company meeting room.

Citizens will have the opportunity ask the Sen. Dorgan questions following some opening comments by him.

Dorgan has held these forums in Rugby over the years, the most recent coming last June.
