Wolford, Rolette districts to continue to share superintendent
Larry Zavada, school superintendent for both Wolford and Rolette’s school districts, will continue in that capacity next term.
At a special meeting on March 16, the school boards for both districts agreed to keep the arrangement for 2009-10, with one notable change.
The costs of Zavada’s contract will be shared equally. This term Rolette is paying 60 percent to Wolford’s 40.
The Wolford board also agreed to pick up one-third of the business manager Ryan Lagasse’s contract. The position serves both districts.
