The case of a Rugby daycare provider who allegedly abused children in her care has been scheduled for a jury trial.

Lori Voeller has been charged with six counts of child abuse or neglect, all Class B felonies. Court documents and testimony in the case alleged since 2005 Voeller had abused children aged between four months and four years.

Northeast District Judge John McClintock Jr. set a beginning trial date for March 30 at the Pierce County Courthouse in Rugby.

The trial is scheduled to last one week. Jonathan Byers of the N.D. Attorney General’s office is prosecuting the case. A pre-trial conference was held Dec. 30.
